Orders

Adding to Your Order

Your order begins processing immediately after checkout. We apologize, but we are unable to add to your order once it is in process. Please look over your order carefully before checkout.

Order Cancellation

Because your order begins processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to cancel the order once you complete the checkout process. If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return the merchandise in accordance with our returns policy.

Out of Stock Merchandise

If it is determined that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will backorder or refund the cost of the merchandise at our discretion.

Lead Times

Orders are filled sequentially in the order they are placed on-line. Depending on order volume, there may be a lag time of 1 to 5 days between the time an order is placed and when it is shipped out. Our goal is a 24 hour turnaround time, however, order volume during certain seasons may prevent us from reaching that goal. Shipping

Orders Shipped to U.S. Addresses (Including APO/FPO & Territories)

  • All U.S. orders are currently shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are based on package weight & dimensions and will be calculated by the shopping cart. Note: Expedited delivery options will be assessed additional fees (i.e. Express Mail delivery).
  • Priority Mail delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
    • Alaska & Hawaii delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
    • U.S. Territories delivery is 5 to 7 business days.
  • All Priority Mail shipments are assigned a tracking number by the United States Postal Service. You will receive this tracking number via an email from USPS. We encourage you to monitor the progress of your package via the USPS Track & Confirm service found at www.usps.com. If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at info@hairbowsunlimited.com.

Orders Shipped to Canada

  • Orders to Canada will be assessed additional shipping charges as our shopping cart may not calculate for international shipping rates accurately+ . You will be sent an email notifying you of the additional charges. Once we receive payment, your shipment will be sent.
  • All orders will be shipped International Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service and will be more money to ship, than the flat fee for United States shipments.
    • All Priority Mail shipments are assigned a tracking number by the United States Postal Service. You will receive this tracking number via an email from USPS. We encourage you to monitor the progress of your package via the USPS Track & Confirm service found at www.usps.com. If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at info@hairbowsunlimited.com.
    • Delivery time is 3 to 10 business days.
  • Canadian orders may be charged additional goods and services taxes, provincial sales taxes, duties, and/or delivery and handling fees separate from shipping charges collected by hairbowsunlimited.com. These additional duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All pricing and invoicing is in U.S. Dollars and must be paid in U.S. funds. For current exchange rates, please see: Yahoo Finance.

International Orders (excluding Canada)

  • Orders to international destinations will be assessed additional shipping charges as our shopping cart may not calculate for international shipping rates accurately. You will be sent an email notifying you of the additional charges. Once we receive payment, your shipment will be sent.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times vary from country to country and are subject to the delivery arrangements of the destination country and time in your customs department.

Returns

Return Authorization

Please contact us at info@hairbowsunlimited.com for handling instructions and authorization before returning merchandise to our warehouse. We reserve the right refuse merchandise that is shipped without a return authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The decision to replace or refund is at the sole discretion of Hairbowsunlimited. Please contact us at info@hairbowsunlimited.com for handling instructions and return authorization as soon as possible. Your replacement or refund will be handled as soon as the return is received in our warehouse.

Incorrect or Missing Items

We strive to be as accurate as possible when filling your order. Please contact us at info@hairbowsunlimited.com if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items.

Returns or Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the instructions above. If you would like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
  • Return packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is a result of our error, we will credit you the return shipping.
  • All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of order receipt. Returns received after 30 days are subject to an 80% restocking fee.
